What Cleantique does
Cleantique Solutions is a Nairobi company providing four practical services for homes, businesses and properties:
- Fumigation and pest control for cockroaches, bed bugs, mosquitoes and rodents.
- Professional cleaning for homes, offices and properties coming off a building site.
- Moving and relocation for households and offices.
- Transport and logistics for goods, stock and equipment.
These services belong together more often than people expect. A family moving house needs the old place cleaned for the landlord and the new place treated for pests before the furniture arrives. A landlord turning over a unit needs a clean and a fumigation in the same week. An office move needs a clean at both ends and sometimes a few runs of stock and files. Instead of finding, briefing and paying three or four different companies, our clients make one request and deal with one team.

How we approach the work
Our approach is simple and it applies to every service.
We find out before we quote. Pest control starts with an inspection or photos. Moves start with a survey. Cleaning starts with a description of the space and a checklist. Transport starts with the load, the route and the access at both ends. A price given without that information is a guess, and guesses grow on the day.
We put it in writing. You get a written quote that says what is included and what is not. Pest control clients get the name of the product and the re-entry time before we treat. Cleaning clients see the checklist before we start. Moving clients get a confirmed date and price.
We plan for the things that usually go wrong. Bed bug eggs that survive the first treatment. A lift that is out of service on moving day. Construction dust that settles again overnight. A delivery that arrives when nobody is at the gate. We build the answers into the plan rather than reacting on the day.
We come back. If something in the agreed cleaning scope was missed, we return and put it right at no extra cost. Pest control quotes include a follow-up visit where the pest requires one, and if the pest returns within the agreed window, so do we.

How projects are coordinated
When a job involves more than one service, such as a move, a clean and a fumigation, we put it on one plan. The order matters. Pest treatment of an empty property is easier and more effective before furniture arrives. A move-out clean is best done after the last box leaves. Residual pest treatments should not be wiped away by a clean the next day. We sequence the work so that each service helps the next rather than undoing it.
Quality and communication
Quality depends on being clear about what was agreed and checking against it. Our cleaning teams work to a written checklist. Our pest control technicians record what they used and where. Our moving crews label by destination room. For transport, the consignee signs on delivery. Each of these gives you a simple way to check the work and gives us a standard to meet.
If something is not right, tell us. We would rather hear about it the same day and fix it than lose your trust.
Safety
Safety runs through every service we offer. Pest control products are used at label rates, applied where pests live rather than across open surfaces, and baits are kept inside tamper-resistant stations. You always know what was used and when it is safe to return. Cleaning products are matched to surfaces and tested first on delicate finishes. Moving crews protect furniture, floors and door frames and lift heavy items with enough people. For transport, we decline hazardous, refrigerated and permit-only loads rather than improvising.

Nairobi is our main area, including Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Runda, Karen, Lang'ata, South B, South C and Embakasi, along with Ruaka, Ruiru, Kikuyu, Ngong, Syokimau and Kitengela. Moves and deliveries further afield can be arranged on request.
